The corporate headquarters for Endemol USA are the Stateside presence for the highly successful Dutch television production company (producer of such hits as Big Brother, Fear Factor, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, and Deal or no Deal). The offices are on the 11th floor of a West Hollywood tower. Endemol occupied the floor during construction, which necessitated a rapidly deployed phased construction plan, utilizing existing offices where feasible.

The new layout unifies the floor while grouping departments into coherent wholes. The plan is a closed-office environment, which seeks to emphasize the public circulation as a means of fostering company synergy. Branding for the space begins in the elevator lobby and continues through the public areas. Private offices are tied to the overall aesthetic and tailored to the individual requirements of their occupants.
