Lewis / Schoeplein implemented the Owner’s concept for a western-themed restaurant and bar in two separate locations. Each free-standing restaurant features a mechanical bull ring, pool tables, dance floor and gift shop. Design services provided by Lewis/Schoeplein encompassed all areas of the project, including seating layout, accessibility, custom design details, lighting, patio areas, hardscape, and kitchen design.
