The 2-level poolhouse is a new building designed to echo the architecture of the 1926 French Normandy main residence. Nestled into a hill, a naturalistic concrete stair leads from the pool down to an outdoor kitchen, shower, powder and changing rooms, and laundry. Materials and colors were selected to feel timeless: board-formed concrete, raw zinc, stone and gravel.
