Study for a new high-end mixed use tower in Los Angeles. The project maximizes the allowable building area for the lot at 188,000sf, and takes advantage of the city’s incentives for transit oriented development projects. The scheme presents a high-rise building of 26 stories, and includes 4 levels of underground parking, ground foor commercial spaces with mezzanines, with residential condominiums above. The building, situated along a busy corridor in West Los Angeles between Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, is envisioned as a respite from the city itself, and will offer amenities including full service valet, on-site dining, members-only gym, pool and spa, and terrace gardens.
