UCLA  Apartments

PROJECT TYPE  Education / Residential / Urban Design + Landscape
LOCATION  Los Angeles

Lewis/Schoeplein Architects was engaged by UCLA to determine the feasibility and propose a conceptual design for under-utilized common outdoor spaces at two University owned, off-campus apartment complexes. Both projects seek to use the outdoor areas to provide much needed opportunites for social interaction and activity including exercise and dining. Concept designs seek to maximize value for dollar while transforming the ‘feel’, function and appearance of these apartment complexes.
